Who we serve
Based in Rockland County, New York, we focus on long-term athletic development and offer programs for boys and girls from kindergarten to high school.
The K-2 program is designed to help develop athleticism, coordination, and strength in our youngest athletes through age appropriate exercise. The program is designed to be fun and inspire a lifetime of fitness.
The program for grades 3-5 continues to focus on athletic development and fundamental movement. This program introduces more structure and builds on the foundation developed in K-2 program.
The Middle School program focuses on strength training and injury prevention in addition to speed, agility, and quickness. Athletes will be introduced to weight training and a variety of other training modalities based on their ability and needs.
Training for our high school athletes focuses on strength and conditioning in order to develop power and explosiveness. There is a heavy emphasis on speed, agility, and quickness training in addition to mobility and injury prevention protocols.
